Our 60+ in-house specialists guide both capital providers and factory owners from the first feasibility question to verified steady-state output, ensuring every gigawatt of new capacity is technically sound, financially bankable and operationally profitable.
For lenders and ECAs we act as independent technical advisor, stress-testing costs, yields and risk before a single purchase order is signed. For owners and developers we remain on site as engineering lead, refining process flows, orchestrating tenders, supervising installation and verifying ramp-up until the line meets rated throughput, yield and OPEX.
That dual mandate lets financing and factory decisions move in lock-step—speeding approvals, avoiding redesigns and protecting returns for all stakeholders.
We evaluate market tariffs, policy incentives, technology road-maps and local labor economics; convert them into Digital Project Reports accepted by international banks; model LCOE and IRR scenarios; review supplier warranties; and verify FAT, SAT and performance ratios for drawdowns and hand-over.
We deliver full FEED, detailed engineering, utility-load and facility layouts; run competitive equipment tenders; manage construction and commissioning; train production teams; integrate MES; and guide the first 18 months of yield optimisation using proven ramp-up playbooks.
What sets us apart is a 360-degree perspective that begins long before equipment is specified. We start every assignment with on-site diagnosis of market tariffs, incentive frameworks, feed-in rules and financing constraints, so the technical design is always tied to a viable business case. From there we develop Digital Project Reports that ministries, lenders and ECAs can underwrite, complete with 3-D block layouts, utility-load models and full OPEX projections.
Once the project is cleared for take-off, we stay on board as owner’s engineers. RCT Solutions maintains its own library of proven ramp-up playbooks. These cover workforce training, MES integration, quality-gate design and spare-parts logistics, allowing new plants to reach target yield and throughput in record time.
Today our references exceed 73 GW of cumulative capacity, representing roughly one-third of the solar manufacturing additions built outside China in the last decade.
