Every assignment begins with diagnosis, not prescription. We sit with your commercial, technical and financing teams to understand local tariffs, incentive frameworks, product-mix ambitions (TOPCon, HJT, IBC, etc.) and lender requirements. By the end of a short workshop series we have a shared definition of success, a preliminary cost-of-ownership baseline and a concise risk register that will shape everything that follows.

Concept & Bankable Feasibility

We translate the brief into a Detailed Project Report that ministries, banks and export-credit agencies can underwrite. The DPR marries market projections with high-level process flows, a 3-D block-layout, utility-load estimates and a stress-tested CAPEX/OPEX model. It shows lenders exactly where revenue is generated, where risk hides and how both are managed.

Basic & Detailed Engineering (FEED)

Once capital is secured, our designers convert the concept into a fully clash-free BIM model. Equipment footprints, hook-up matrices, clean-room zoning and utility networks drop into precise IFC drawings; costs tighten to within five per cent, schedules gain executable logic, and construction can begin without fear of re-work or RFIs.

Owner’s & Lender’s Engineering During Procurement

When bids go out, we serve as one of the roles as technical advisor. For owners we refine specifications and lead clarifications; for lenders we vet supplier warranties, ESG credentials and FAT/SAT plans. Each purchase order is locked to budget, scope and risk appetite before signatures hit paper.

Installation & Commissioning

Our field teams guide each tool from crate to hot run. They choreograph move-in routes, align and level equipment to micron tolerances, integrate utilities and software, tune recipes and close punch-lists until every furnace, wire-saw or lamination press meets performance spec and passes site acceptance.

Ramp-Up & Solar Academy Training

A plant is only as good as its people, so commissioning overlaps with our Solar Academy. Classroom sessions merge with hands-on mentoring; bilingual SOPs and emergency manuals migrate to tablets on the line; operators earn ISO-aligned certificates and management watches OEE climb toward nameplate yield—usually inside forty days.

Digital Factory & SCADA Integration

During ramp-up we tie each tool and utility into a single SCADA–MES data lake. Dashboards refresh yield, OEE, energy and carbon metrics every five seconds, while ISA-compliant cyber-hardening keeps auditors happy. By the time we leave, you are making decisions on real-time facts, not gut feel.

Lifetime Partnership

After hand-over we remain on call. Clients engage us for TOPCon or HJT retrofits, annual ESG audits, spare-parts logistics and remote diagnostics that resolve critical alarms in a matter of hours. The relationship endures long after the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
