Independent and vendor-neutral, our on-site engineers install each machine, connect services, commission tools, and manage the ramp-up to agreed yield, OEE, and throughput.
Installation
We physically install each tool: placement, leveling/anchoring, utilities hook-up (power, water, gases, air, HVAC), interlock checks, and EHS controls — tool by tool and line by line.
Commissioning
We execute SAT-0/1/2/3 and IQ/OQ/PQ, load recipes, run golden lots, verify set-points, and release tools to production.
Ramp-Up
We manage the start-up curve with daily/weekly dashboards, bottleneck removal, MSA/GRR for metrology, and consumables tuning until handover targets are met.

Frequently asked questions
Do you only supervise, or do you install the machines?
We install, commission, and ramp up the machines ourselves—coordinating vendors and signing off against agreed criteria.
What exactly do we receive at handover?
Machine-specific SOPs, handbooks, installation manuals, and project definition packs (multi-format), signed SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ records, golden-lot reports, and a final acceptance dossier (or punch-list with a closure plan). We also provide on-site training for engineers and operators.
Can you work with our EPC and tool vendors?
Yes. We are independent and vendor-neutral. We coordinate all parties while performing the hands-on work on site.
How long does ramp-up take?
It depends on scope and technology. We agree weekly targets for yield/OEE/throughput and manage to those until handover performance is met.
Do you connect tools to our MES?
Yes. Where required, we configure and verify equipment ↔ MES connectivity (e.g., SECS/GEM/OPC UA), genealogy/WIP tracking, and dashboards.
